I moved to New York City from Canada as a new teacher in 2004. After a few career jumps I found myself investing in real estate.
This was very exciting for me since I was able to help a lot of folks in the community who were struggling in one way or another with their property. I eventually realized that I could offer an additional service as a real estate agent so I got my license.
That gave me the ability to work with literally any homeowner in any situation regardless as to whether their priority is a fast sale or getting the most money for their house.
Initially it was certainly difficult getting started in the real estate industry but I dedicated my life to mastering the art and science of selling and buying homes. I continuously improved my marketing and negotiation skills.
Now they’ve never been better and I am highly motivated to bring the best services and solutions to homeowners or future homeowners.
As a real estate agent, my desire to help my fellow community members through a real estate transaction remains my driving force. As a real estate agent, I am given the opportunity to serve my community in an extremely positive and unique way.
Helping homeowners find their next neighborhood, home and school is of utmost importance. The way I see it, settling for just any house in any neighborhood can lead to great dissatisfaction in the future. But, taking the time to get to know my clients, their desires, needs and goals can help find the house that fits them best.
Today, I’m grateful to be helping young families in San Antonio buy or sell a home easily and with confidence.
